Call or email Customer Care to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number will help speed the return process and make sure your account is properly credited. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the boxes being returned. Chicago Store will arrange for pickup of the merchandise and pay for return shipping fees.
Chicago Store will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping and any taxes within 7 business days of the receipt of return merchandise. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. There are no re-stocking fees.
Chicago Store may elect to repair or replace any products not under warranty without waiving any rights. Chicago Store disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for consequential damages arising from the negligence or other causes related to the design and use of the products is hereby excluded.
